In 2024 the stats are up again at over 48,000 people have died by suicide last year alone. If you are struggling please reach out, text 988 or visit Mental Health Association of Central Carolinas.
If you would like more information on how you can bring the life saving QPR Suicide Prevention training to your school, or office please contact me. After this campaign I became a QPR Suicide Prevention trainer in order to teach people how to have these important life saving conversation.
-Amy has an amazing energy that kicks me into gear and pushes me to take action. Because she raises the bar higher, it pushes me to dig deeper. Amy encourages me to elevate my skills, so I can be more successful in my life.

This was an amazing project full of opportunities to learn and grow. My journey through mental illness has led me to discover alternative ways of finding wholeness and healing, which inspired me to create Mental Health Reimagined, changing the way we think, treat, and talk about mental illness.
